I disappeared for a month-- it wasn't on purpose, i swear!

Life has happened on my side; I may or may not have worked on side projects and played too much Minecraft or Honkai: Star Rail to grind for Anaxa. The AD has been HDing on my side, oops.

I also got sick on the last week of October, and it was not pretty, no. The cold has been going around, and it got me, too. And ever since I suffered post-covid in 2022/2023, every cold feels worse than ever. I don't know if it's because of post-covid, and, to be honest, it is nothing to worry much about-- for now. Technically, I get sick like twice a year with a cold.

Anyways, look at that, a new design! I've been working on the header, like, since last month, and then with the cold and other things going on, I could not continue working on it. I did start the code, then dropped it 'cause I got frustrated with a thing and decided to put it aside and work on it later. And here we are now, huh?

To be frank, I've coded the final part today; the topbar was a spontaneous decision tonight, 'cause I was not happy with the text on the design, and I didn't want to smudge something in Photoshop. I don't know... but recently (especially for me) it feels weird putting any random text on my headers 'cause there's an 80% chance I am not satisfied with it.

I've also had huge difficulties finding some fitting colors for the design-- yes, I wanted it red, but then I've also wanted a background pattern, and then I was not certain what exactly I've wanted for the background pattern and color. And then I've just ended up using NOTHING and keeping it without a pattern. I know, not much of the major code has changed, but I was not certain on how I've wanted it to look.

After all, the Flins design was only meant to be on the site until November and served as a Halloween design, and Halloween is over. 

As for a Christmas design, I don't know if I'm going to make it seasonal. I think I'll keep this design until next year, and if I ever get an idea for a header or design, I may just code it and post it here to offer on my site. 

As for any life updates (besides from being sick), my internship is going to start next week, and I am a little nervous. This is a serious one, as it's the first internship ever since I passed my apprenticeship last year. But I doubt it's going to be very terrifying. I've been rusty, too, so it will take a bit to get readjusted. 

I also have to do rehab exercises now. I will start my first session next Tuesday, as for this Tuesday I was clearly too exhausted, and I've just recovered from my cold (despite the cold that remained for two weeks). Looking forward to that, as I need it to rebuild my stamina and make sure my back isn't hurting every day.

And I was blessed with a little something today, I bought a blind pack of chimera figures last week, that arrived today!

There's four of them inside, and you don't even know which one you can get. So I was clearly hoping for some obvious ones, and then I've ended up getting those:

I am happy about everyone I got, and I was the most happy about getting the sitting ones, as they are based on my favorite characters (Phainon & Dan Heng). I've opened them with my boyfriend, and he told me that he'd gotten the same ones in his first pack he got. I don't know if it's a coincidence or if they were packed that way, but I am planning on getting another pack next month, and I hope to get at least Anaxa and Mydei. Little desk buddies~

I may post some graphics, but won't write news and will eventually add an update box for you to find out. I might be working more on the Fanfiction section and perhaps on another coding project. But now I am taking it slow and focus on my internship.
