The seasonal depression is blooming, and not even antidepressants can fix it. It's normal, though; it's the weather, it's the fear of another year ending so soon, and it truly feels like 2025 has started literally two months ago. Where did the time go?
Alas, that didn't stop me from being less productive. Over the time I have been working on overhauling the fanfiction area, and I shall show it once I have written a few chapters of the fanfiction I will offer. I feel like just releasing them as is isn't going to do it justice; I want to have some content first!
Meanwhile, I have added a WYSIWYG editor on blogify to simplify some editing when I'm writing. Sometimes I am just feeling a little annoyed typing the HTML codes all the time.
Anyways! Other than working on the fanfiction section, I have been thinking of a new design as of late. I already got an idea, and the only one who kind of knows what's coming is Nick. Though I admit I have not started yet, because I have been busy grinding for Flins (the guy in the page header). It's been quite the weekend; while it was a long one, I've spent it with grinding and pulling for him, but he refused to come home. And then on Sunday, I've ended up losing my 50/50, and I've already had the anxiety crawl over me, thinking I won't make it in time. But then last night. I was able to pull him anyway!

But my lucky streak hasn't ended, no; after five years, I was finally able to get a small house in Final Fantasy XIV! And, it's even my main character! It took me six years to finally get one, and I do not count the time I got a house a few years back on an alt account of mine. I feel like having one in my main account is much more worthwhile, and perhaps this is the cue to actually return to the game. Because of the growing frustration of losing the lottery over and over, I've lost the motivation to log in except for events. It would be counted as a waste of money, 'cause sometimes I've been paying for a month of not playing at all.
My lucky streak is still going, though—today I have received a call for an internship in November, and I am very excited for this one! It took me some time, but there were many factors that impeded the progress. I hope it goes well, though, as it is a little different than the internships I have done before. But we will see. I believe everything is going to be alright.
As for the new design, though, expect it to be there after Halloween. The design is fitting for the spooky season, so it would be a shame to abandon it for the new one that I have planned. Perhaps I will manage to do some graphics work too, and finish the fanfiction section as well until then.
